Kiss 9 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Usage Guidelines

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out herein, unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the Kiss 9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration and shall remain so throughout your membership.
• You are a resident of Malaysia or are accessing the platform from Malaysia.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have never been banned or prohibited from using Kiss 9's services or any other online betting platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

Kiss 9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a MyKad, valid driving licence, or passport. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Usage & Security

Your Kiss 9 account is exclusively for your personal use. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.

• You must keep your account password confidential at all times.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account, including close family members.
• Any bet placed through your account will be deemed valid even if you claim it was made by another party without your authorisation.
• You must notify Kiss 9 immediately at support@kiss9.biz if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Kiss 9 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Do not share your password with anyone claiming to be a Kiss 9 staff member.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access Kiss 9 is free from malware and other security threats.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Kiss 9 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. All amounts are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Accepted deposit methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks).

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit is RM 30,000 unless a higher limit has been individually approved by the Kiss 9 team.
• Deposited funds must come from an account registered solely in your name. Kiss 9 does not accept third-party payments.
• Any unauthorised or suspicious deposit may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
• Kiss 9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment service providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds do not earn any interest or rewards other than bonuses specifically stated by Kiss 9.

5 Withdrawals

Kiss 9 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following terms and procedures apply to all members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for identity verification and anti-money laundering purposes.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for e-wallets and up to 1 working day for bank transfers.
• Kiss 9 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 or in circumstances that require further review.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempt will be investigated and may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold or the account suspended pending investigation.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Kiss 9 offers various bonuses and promotions to our members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• The standard wagering requirement is 20x bonus value unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated. Any expired bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Kiss 9 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, fraud, or system exploitation.
• Each promotion may have its own minimum and maximum bet limits. Bets exceeding the maximum limit while using a bonus may be voided.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to the stipulated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by the original recipient and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Kiss 9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at Kiss 9 covers football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, La Liga, and more), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup, The Ashes), badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellations or modifications are permitted after a bet has been placed, unless the Cash Out feature is available and exercised by the player.
• Odds displayed are the odds at the time the bet is placed. Any change in odds after a bet has been submitted does not affect confirmed bets.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance unless otherwise specified in the relevant sport's rules.
• In live betting, any outcome that occurs after a bet is submitted but before system confirmation is not considered valid in determining the result of that bet.
• Kiss 9 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a manifest odds error or where the odds were published incorrectly.
• Bets placed on matches proven to have been manipulated will be voided and stakes returned to the player.

8 Casino, Slots & Jackpot Games

All casino games, jackpot slots, and table games on Kiss 9 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by an accredited third party.

• The outcome of all casino games is entirely random and cannot be influenced by players, Kiss 9, or any third party.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value stated for each game is a long-term average calculated across millions of spins and is not a guarantee of results in any individual gaming session.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are credited to the winner automatically upon triggering. Any dispute regarding a jackpot win must be raised within 24 hours of the match date.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Kiss 9 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the bet will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Kiss 9 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the player's end.

9 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or using the Kiss 9 platform for any illicit financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus or any other promotion more than once.
• Colluding with other players to exploit vulnerabilities in the Kiss 9 system, bonuses, or promotions.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technology to play automatically or gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not in your own name, or using stolen or altered credit/debit cards.
• Spreading false information about Kiss 9 to other players or to the public.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the Kiss 9 system.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Kiss 9 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user under certain circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification that cannot be completed, or information provided that is found to be false.
• Requests by users themselves to close their accounts.
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity requiring further investigation.
• Instructions from Malaysian legal authorities or the relevant regulatory body.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting Kiss 9 support. Any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days once the account closure process is complete.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Kiss 9 respects the privacy of all our users. Personal information you provide to us is processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Your personal information is used solely for the purposes of service delivery, identity verification, payment processing, and account-related communications.
• Kiss 9 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Your transaction data and gaming activity may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by Kiss 9 by submitting a written request to us.

12 Responsible Gaming

Kiss 9 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that betting and casino games should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

• We provide self-control tools including daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options.
• Players who suspect they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the Self-Exclusion feature, which can be activated through account settings.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Kiss 9 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, third-party infrastructure issues, or decisions by regulatory authorities.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
• The accuracy of third-party sports or casino information displayed on our platform.

Kiss 9's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the date the claim arose.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and arbitration.

• All complaints must be submitted to Kiss 9 in writing via support@kiss9.biz within 30 days of the date on which the incident giving rise to the complaint occurred.
• Kiss 9 will endeavour to resolve all valid complaints within 14 working days of receiving the complaint.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration before pursuing any court proceedings.
• These Terms are in Bahasa Melayu, which is the official version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with translations in other languages.
